  6. Liability: While we take utmost care in our cleaning services, we are not liable for damages or losses to personal property. Clients are advised to secure valuables and report any concerns immediately.
  7. Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us within 1-2 business days, and we will work to address and resolve the issue promptly.
  8. Confidentiality: Our staff is committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding clients’ homes and personal information. Any sensitive information shared during the cleaning process will be handled with discretion.
  9. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  10. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services or refuse future services to any client for reasons including but not limited to, non-payment, disrespectful behavior, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
